Since it's been only a couple of days, I don't think I can easily reflect on its long term effects but in my case it helped me wake up and leave the bed easier than before.

Not a professional with stretching but I would certainly recommend starting off with simple and short exercise before going to the harder ones, don’t be too harsh on yourself 🙂
