What is your favourite guided meditation?

Hmmm I haven't used a guided meditation in a while , but I would recommend energy protection guided meditations as they're effective (at least for me), guided meditations for enhancing intuition and dreams , and ones where you can visualise cause that helps stimulate your mind and activate your third eye!

There are 3 meditations very close to my close.
The first one is Vipassana, where you scan your whole body to be present.
Secondly , the mantra meditation by oak meditation app.
Thirdly , focusing on the breath. It helps me be in the present moment easily even on a difficult and distracted day
