What is your easy-to-make breakfast (vegan)?

Donna F.
It's pretty standard. Oatmeal that's seasoned with garlic salt, mushroom seasoning and some pepper. Today I tried it with coconut and chia granola and it was ok, but I just prefer it plain 😅

Omelette. Easy to make with a toaster. Sometimes just as simple as a piece of fruit. Besides, I prepare cold brew for every morning. Good for a morning rush.

I eat oatmeal every morning. I combine oats with a frozen banana, and water or almond milk. For toppings, I like some nut butter, chia seeds, heaping cup of berries, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, goji berries, and more. Sometimes I make overnight oats if I don't have time to cook in the morning. Look up Pick Up Limes. She has great vegan breakfast recipes.

Stir-fry a small red potato, beans (I go from the can for speed), and whatever veggies you have on hand. My current is broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic. 😊

I would usually eat cereals or bread with toppings in the morning. Occasionally, full meal when my mother cooks them for me.

Rice flakes porridge with oat milk and sunflower protein. Toast with avocado and tomato. Toast with red beans in tomato sause (from can).

I got to things I love to do
1. Avocado Toast. It's super tasty and fast. Perfect as actually any meal.
2. Oatmeal. As cooked or just with oat milk it's super delicious and filling.

A good easy-to-make breakfast is avocado on toast! If you want to add something more you can make a delicious scrambled tofu with black salt!

One egg, toast and a cup of coffee. I have an egg cooker for the microwave so that I can put it all on and go do something else till whole meal is done. The coffee actually takes the longest!

I start my day with some oatmeal (roughly 40g), cooked in soy or oat milk (about 1.25dl) with a dash of cinnamon and vanilla and just a tiny bit of maple syrup. I top it with some fresh fruit, like half of an apple and add some nuts, seeds and dried fruit at the end. It's a nice, filling breakfast that is easy to make and lasts for the whole morning.

Overnight oats – In a bowl, I like to mix oatmeal with almond milk, some berries/bananas, chia seeds, cinnamon, and agave nectar. Let it sit in the fridge over night, and enjoy in the morning.

I really like veggie scramble where I just show everything in one pan with some spices. Overnight oats with fruit and nut milk are what I use when I am really busy. Prep the night before and just grab and go in the morning.
Adonilo Q.
Two table spoons of oats, a table spoon of vegan protein powder, one table spoon of flax and quia seeds each, mixed with 50ml of (coconut) water

For a vegan , i think the best breakfast is you eat fruits like banana and appels (my favorite) or maybe you can try coffee and a meal not so sugary.
Also i don't know if vegans eat eggs , but if you do , you should definitely include it in your breakfast.

I'm don't force myself to eat things I don't like, so I keep it simple! Toast with butter for carbs, an egg, peanut butter or yogurt for protein, apple sauce, a banana, V8 or OJ for fruit. Oh and Coffee with coconut creamer too 🙂
