It really depends on you and your schedule. I used to meditate every morning before heading out to work. This was great except for the nights I didn’t get enough sleep. As a result, I slept through many of my meditations. Now, I find I meditate when based on my mood and energy level. If I am anxious, worried, or stressed, I will meditate to calm myself. So this can happen anytime. Sometimes if the house is too noisy, I will walk out to a park with few people and meditate there. Sometimes even the car in a parking lot is a great place too. It can be as simple as a 1 minute session.
