What is the best work out to do outside of a gym and with no free weights?

The best work out to do outside of a gym without weights is inevitably walking, like around your neighbourhood, in nature, in a mall or wherever you can walk freely.

I use yoga mat at home & do bridges,, modified push ups, planks, & lots of stretches
Always glad I did it even if not totally motivated at start!

Walking or jogging while listening music as the music will motivate you to walk or jog and make you feel good while working out and you will be focused on the workout .
