The best time to meditate is anytime. I prefer the morning though. I like to start my day in a calm peaceful headspace. When I am meditating, I try to think about my body. I try to be as in tuned with my body as possible. I listen to my breathing and actually listen to myself becoming calmer and calmer. It’s a good time to check in with your body.
