Whenever you feel frustrated you could try the 20 second wait game. Simply remove yourself from the task or situation you are getting frustrated with and count slowly to 20 breathing at the same time. You could try this at meditation closing your eyes and meditate 20 seconds at a time too. Think that you can go 20 seconds more until you feel at ease and if it still doesn’t work at least you got 20 wholesome seconds of peace and oxygen.
