I think it’s ok not to have time for little things. You do what you can and get things done without rushing yourself. If I can’t read one day, I’ll fix my schedule so I can try and read the next day.
You can read while eating breakfast. Just make sure you set a timer so you wont be late for work or school. You can also read in de evening, instead of watching television or just before you go to sleep to relax your mind. You can also read some pages if you have to waar zomerterras or when you're setting in the train or bus.
