What helps you when you find yourself wanting to skip your rituals?
When you feel the urge to skip your rituals, try to reconnect with your 'why.' Remind yourself of the benefits these rituals bring to your life. Setting small, achievable goals can also help; even a short workout or a quick meditation can keep the momentum going. Consider accountability by sharing your goals with a friend or using a journal to track your progress. Remember, consistency is key, and every small step counts towards building lasting healthy habits.
The question is not clear and has at least 2 potential interpretations for me: are you asking what helps me NOT TO SKIP when I have an urge to skip or are you asking what helps with feeling this agitation sensation when I feel the need to skip? In the second interpretation well I just skip, that’s all. It usually happens when the clicking requires more of my time than I anticipated and I mentioned that in my previous feedback too - I cannot plan ahead for what to expect and how much it will take because the interfaces doesn’t focus my attention on the structure of the activities. I only noticed there were section captions after submitting the feedback and having some time looking at the page in my phone. It still doesn’t really split it for me even if I know it is there. More pronounced captions like maybe with solid background panel, or showing background panel of solid/slightly transparent color behind the whole group of activities might help. So yeah, I’d just skip as it’s a bit annoying for me. In the other case when I want to overcome the urge - I plan ahead and remind about the reason I do that. --- General feedback: I’m still confused about what’s going on in this app. There were too many things added at once after initial questionnaire. Maybe you can introduce things one-by-one instead of overwhelming with everything at once?
