What fruits except for apples/bananas are good for the start of the day?

Mathilde G.
For the start of my day instead of just having one fruit I usually have a variety of fruits, greens, nuts & seeds mixed together to make a smoothie which doesn’t take long or you can prepare the night before. 🌙✨ Good fruits to put inside, some of which you can also buy frozen are Oranges, strawberries, mango, kiwis, grapes, grapefruit, Avocado, buy a mixture of berries together frozen in a bag e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries & cherries etc or chopped up pineapple. 😲
After I’ve had the smoothie it feels great to know I’ve had so many different fruits in just one drink go into my body and system. 👍
Give it a Try or just start off with some of the larger fresh fruits by themselves. 😋

I tend to like making myself a smoothie bowl because I can incorporate lots of different fruits. I usually add bananas, mango and strawberries, but again you can use many different fruits. Feel free to experiment with the quantities and ingredients , but don't forget to add oat milk too

Another good breakfast fruit is blueberries! They’re are full of vitamins and antioxidants. One of my favorite things to eat in the morning is blueberry banana overnight oats. Lots of vitamins and sustainable energy.

I think any fruits are probably good for the start of the day! Blueberries help with focus I think, so maybe they would be a good addition to eat with a banana!

OK you recommend that fruits are good to start with.
But according to my culture I have to start with canjeero and shai, more carbohydrates and sugar. that looks fine to me.
Sometimes I start with some proteins like beans.
In my idea 💡 eat whatever you want but don't forget your breakfast 😉 no matter what it contains carbohydrates, proteins, fruits or even fats.

I have tried apples and bananas, they help me start my day in a energetic way!!
But I also eat sprouts,
So, if you are looking for something else than apples and bananas you should try sprouts.

I personally really like cuties/oranges in the morning because they give you good vitamins to start your day along with energy. I also have a juice maker and in the morning I make myself juice out of fruits and vegetables and it is an even better energy boost than coffee and you will stay full for awhile in the morning. I sometimes put celery and apples together because celery helps with clearer skin and detoxifies while apples also give you energy and overpower the bitter taste of the celery. Good luck!!

I think blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe and many other fruits are very good to have in the morning to start your day.

I think a variety is great like a fresh fruit salad with mango satsumas pineapple 🍍 and blueberries strawberries and raspberries is great

I like mango, it's so juicy! 🧡 But in general I think all fruits are really good for breakfast. Choose whatever you like! 🧡

any really that you like. it's really your choice. I like apples and blueberries and dates. That's just what I like atm.

I usually opt for Berries such as Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries and Strawberries with a sprinkling of Goji Berries.

Except for apples and bananas (which are fabulous), I think it's best to choose what is local seasonally to you. Then you're helping yourself in being healthy and helping the planet 🙂

Apples & Bananas are my favorite but If you're craving a little change with similar, grab & go style fruits, why not try plums, nectarines, pears or grapes? They're all lunch box friendly & don't require the peeling hassle of a grapefruit or orange. Blueberries are among my top favs but can squish easily on the go. Strawberry & raspberries are great but I tend to buy frozen as they go bad so quickly (not a grab & go fruit). Another great option is dehydrated fruit chips – a different way to enjoy your typical staples: apple & banana!

blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, watermelons, persimmons, peaches, plums, oranges, mangoes, kiwis

and tomatoes

I like having fresh orange juice too! If I don’t have much time that week, I tend to prepare it the night before so I don’t take time in the morning. It’s refreshing and contains a lot of vitamin C 🙂

Avocado is always a great way to start the day. Personally I can't stand the taste but it's pretty easy to mask and frozen chunks are just as good as fresh. A portion of melon could be an idea as it's not too sugary for the morning. Frozen berries are pretty economical and when mixed with a little natural Yoghurt and spinach taste fantastic. If you have turkey or meat for protein in the morning then tomatoes are fantastic and provide a wealth of benefits!
A few easy peeler tangerines are also a good idea, helping to regulate blood pressure and heart healthy whilst reducing the risk of cancer and diabetes amongst other things.
A small bunch of red grapes again has a wealth of benefits as well as being quick and tasty.
There's cucumber that's high in fiber and very refreshing in the mornings. Just remember that whole fruit is always better than pureed. Good luck

A mango, papaya or a pineapple. They're good sources of fibre, so good for digestion. I'd recommend taking them an hour before your breakfast.
