Apples, pears, raspberries as they are all healthy, high in vitamins, moist enough to make a smoothie with and compliment each other well

Definitely bananas and blue berries for theirs vitamins and health benefits. Strawberries are yummy and a bi of protein powder at the morning will do no harm x

I personally prefer banana and berries. Banana gives a sweet flavour and nice texture and berries are full of antioxidants and give a great colour to your smoothies. Happy smoothy-ing!

A very quick one for smoothies that can lead to weight loss is one made with ripen bananas, orange juice or hand peeled separated oranges, blended together, using a blender. You can also add yoghurt before blending. Hope it helps.πŸ˜‚

Mixed berries (though not technically fruit) are really good. Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries are favs but whatever you like is good

For actual fruits, bananas are great.

For smoothies I mix the berries, bananas, almond milk and some homemade/natural almond butter for a delish smoothie

Bananas, it makes the smothie thicker and adds a nice sweet but nutty flavor. It also gives you calcium so that's a plus.
