Well I don’t have much time for breakfast and before I use to skip it but now as I want my goal so I have little snacks like bread and butter just to keep me a little filled up till break time

The foods that give me energy in the mornings is a nice smoothie to start you off. It doesn’t have to be all fruit you can also throw in some vegetables on top of it like Basil, Beets, Kale, Mint leaves, etc…. It gives you that boost for the day.
