I usually prepare custard with a fruit, like apple or bananas in the morning. Boil water and add to your cold water mix of custard and stear till preferably thick, add milk and sugar or honey to taste, alongside a food to snack it with. I find this tasty and light
Tuna Noodle Casserole
•Half a bag of egg noodles
•1 can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup
•1 can of Cream Of Celery Soup
•1 can of tuna
1. Boil a pot of water, and add the noodles.
2. Drain the water when the noodles are done and add the soups and tuna.
A carrot spread! It’s a “meze” from Turkish cuisine and called “havuc tarator”. Grate some carrots and cook them with olive oil, put it in a bowl, add lots of yoghurt, salt and garlic.
