What exercises do you recommend if you have Knee osteoarthritis and can’t run or stay on my knees for any length of time ?

Disclaimer: I'm not an expert and this also would be a good question for your doctor. I have joint pain and I've found that doing light stretches can be really good or you could try yoga you can do while sitting, these are really good for you without putting strain on your body.
