What exercise options are good in the cold 🥶 weather??

yoga or going to a gym would be best. if you dont want to leave the house or are just nervous there are yoga and small workout videos online and on the app

Yoga, perhaps an exercise video, squats, crunches, burpees, push-ups, etc., (although if you’re planning on going outside I would suggest a nice run).
