Even on my worst and hardest days, practicing gratitude reminds me that everything doesn't suck. It reminds me that depression and hopelessness are a mindset and I can overcome those feelings

After practicing gratitude, I feel more confident and loved. It's hard to realize that everybody is special. It's harder to realize that ourself is also special. Keep going. Make change!
