What do you do with To Do items that you did not accomplish that day? Roll them over to the next day?

It depends on the urgency of the task followed closely by importance for me. If I have no clean clothes because I have been putting off laundry, then that task will roll over to the next day. If I have to deposit a big check, but I don’t need the money immediately, then I might add the task to the next day if I have time or I will save it for a later date.
