What do you do when you’re meditating and then all of a sidden you think “ugh is this almost over?”

Well I don’t do it very often but when I do it I think that meditation is really important for my mental health and I keep up

When I meditate I block the outside world off and everything in it bc I could meditate for hours and never get enough of inner peace
