What do you do when your exercise habit is running and outside it is raining??

If you have a treadmill or a machine that simulates running, you could use that. If you have a stationary bike, you could ride that. You might even like that more than running! Give yourself chances to expand your horizons and try new things. If it's raining then take a break from running and follow a stretching routine or do yoga. There are so many things that you can do that can either simulate running or be in place of running. If running isn't possible at the moment try something new.

Personally, I don't run as my exercise, but I do have some thoughts! If you have treadmill you could run on that, or you could try something else for your excersise just for that day. I don't know much about this subject, these are just my suggestions!

If the rain is steady and there's no risk of thunder, I'd get out a rain jacket and enjoy it. Rain can be super calming while running, but make sure to immediately get in a hot shower after. Also you can run inside if you feel less inclined to be out in the cold! There's no shame in listening to your body and mind to tell you what to do.
