What do you do to get back in the groove when you’re interrupted while meditating?

Acceptance.
I accept that there will always be interruptions in life. It matters how you react to those interruptions. You deal with the distraction, then get right back to what you were doing. Soft gaze, inspect how your feeling from head to toe, and breathe.
Always breathe.
Focusing on your breath while meditating or dealing with the noise around you will help cleanse your mind.
