I meditate for about 15 minutes to calm my mind. Then, I prey and say the rosary for a while. And I do yoga and stretch exercise to get a sound sleep. After all, I check my schedule for next day to set an alarm.

I set a timer to remind me to mute and get off my phone. Using a timer and my phone’s screen time options (I have an iPhone), I’m able to get off and stay off for the most part. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and get on to turn some music on.
