I think we have to allow ourselves downtime. You can’t force yourself to hit every target everyday. Allow yourself some chill time, laze about, relax- and don’t feel guilty about it. But if you don’t feel like that, go for a walk and think about things that make you smile or make you feel grateful. It will boost your mood and your spirits

Try shortening your exercise for the day. Also, try to stay hydrated!
