Avocado toast on whole grain bread with a side of eggs over easy and maybe a slice of uncured bacon. Another is a smoothie with protein powder, banana and peanut butter. Or a bowl of oatmeal with dates, PB and banana or blueberries and dark chocolate. You can even add protein powder to your oatmeal! Whatever it is – always lots of protein, some healthy carbs and fats.
