Eggs are very rich of nutrients and are an excellent food. Unless you are intolerant/allergic to them, you'll do well to eat eggs every day. Preferably, don't fry them in oil, rather have them boiled. Bon appetit! 🙂
I personally eat one egg a day, 4 or 5 times a week. I have fresh eggs and they contain a lot of calcium and vitamins! if you can, I recommend eating an egg every day.
You should eat eggs at least 3 days a week. This is because eggs have a lot of protein, which means you can have a very healthy meal. There are many kinds of eggs and they are very easy to make.
As often as you want. Enjoy it. Eggs are really healthy. But be careful if you have some sort of stomach problems. Hope this helps!
It depends on your mood and bow much time you have in the morning before you have to go out. But for me, I have them almost everyday but cooked cooked in a different style each day 😀
Depends on your health conditions, I usually have one everyday or every other day. Although if I have it for breakfast then I make sure I don't eat anymore eggs that day.
I love having eggs for breakfast so I might eat them more than I should. But I think at least once a week if not two to three times.
