First you want to make sure your getting enough sleep,cause this can really effect your overall energy,mentally and physically. Another thing is to drink lots of water,not only will this make you feel energised it has a lot more benefits. And even if you don't feel like it exercise it maked so much of a difference,if you exercise it can also put you in a better mood.
