Thank you so much for your question. When I journal I’m usually writing down my thoughts, feelings and gratitude. At times I feel that it may be necessary to write down activities that brings me joy or calm something that may have made me laugh or even cried. Whatever the experience may be as long as I’m identifying my feelings “good” or “bad” it’s all worth writing them down in my journal.
I journal depending on my mood ,sometimes i rant about my day at other times i plan my day ahead and yet other times i just write out my emotions , all work the best for me . Just write what you feel at the moment . Hope this helps
