I like the over night oats recipes but I make it in the morning and eat straight away. I usually keep it simple with natural yoghurt, oats or granola and some fruit or a drizzle of honey. Its quick, simple, keeps you going all morning and super versatile so you don’t get bored of the flavours

Whole oats cereal and add some fruits, butter sandwich, smoothie (you must prepare at night), 2 apples or bananas, you can drink soyal milk too.
