What are some must have grocery items I need to buy for the morning to contribute to my diet?

I always make sure I have eggs and avocado for breakfast. Fill up on good fats and protein. If I feel like a something sweet I make a buckwheat or millet porridge. Those grains are better for you and keep you full for longer.
