I either eat an omelette with some onions and tomatoes it’s so delicious and I feel full or you can eat an overnight oats where mix oats with some milk and honey and keep them overnight it’s so delicious and also keeps me full

You can use apple and banana together or protein and energy bars which contains fat or mixed nuts and as per my choice I prefer two walnuts and a large glass of milk with protein powder and that's it. Hope you like my suggestions. 👍😊

Oatmeal with greek yogurt. Mix it in a bowl the night before and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, take it out of the fridge and let it warm up to room temp. Optionally, add more yogurt in the morning, dried fruit or almonds. I make a bigger batch and it lasts me 2-3 days.

I use overnight oats. They are so easy and quick to prepare the night before. And also so versatile – I add fruit or granola or sometimes chocolate chips. They’re really filling too!

Chia pudding – in a mason jar, add 2 cups of almond milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp maple syrup (or more to taste). Leave in fridge overnight. Eat alone or with shredded coconut and chopped fruit! Add cocoa powder or other ingredients to adjust the base recipe. Overnight oats are a great idea too, as well as having hard boiled eggs and your favorite yogurt flavor in the fridge. Lately, I’ve been nauseous in the morning, so I’ve been grabbing organic fruit and veggie purée baby food pouches for breakfast. They’ve been working great!

Maybe try breakfast bars along with grabbing a banana on the way out? And I'm not talking about the ones with loads of sugar, I usually eat these 'milk and cereal' ones. I'm a busy person and breakfast bars are the only thing fueling me in school since I don't usually have lunch.

A piece of fruit is always an easy choice but you can always prep some overnight oats, try your hand at making your own granola bars, some apple slices with a side of peanut butter, and smoothies are always great!

Hi my friend, I suggest you to prepare a cheese and walnuts sandwich before you fall asleep in addition you can take a little bottle of milk to drink.
