What are some good low impact alternatives to running?

Since I can't go for a running. I got a stationary bike and I think it helps a lot. It is low impact and yo an start slow. Good luck with your exercise!

Walking is your best friend in general movement especially if you’re walking on an incline or climbing up stairs which burns around 200-300 calories. But if you want some fun Dance Fit Cardio is the best as it boost endorphins and is great for moving weather it’s high or Lowe in intensity
