What are some easy meals I can have for breakfast? Since I go to school and need something quick to make.

you could prep your breakfast the night before, like overnight oats or chia seed pudding, or maybe eat a bowl of cereal and milk/yogurt and granola

I also go to school, and I usually have, in work days, either toast (made with integral bread, to be sure it gives me more energy) with chocolate milk (hot or cold), or, in the days that I know I'm going to do more exercise, I usually have yogurt with bananas, and nuts after preparing myself. That's it! Hope it helps!

Oatmeals. I just pour out the oatmeal, hot water on top, let it be for a bit and add cinnamon, honey and fruits. Quick, good calories, good proteins.

I would say toast with some sort of spread. I like creme cheese because it's filling which means I can last through the first few lessons before lunch
