Honestly, ChatGPT helps me a lot with picking breakfasts with the ingredients. Before AI though, I used to think about the proportions of each nutrient you need. You'd want to incorporate protein. This could be from eggs, protein powder, etc. Then a type of grain like oats, maize, or bread. Then some sort of fruit/vegetable, or even both – in a breakfast smoothie!
And then dairy and fat is what I usually think about last. Yogurt, dairy or plant-based milk, and chia seeds, etc.

This was my process and it worked well! I encourage you to give it a try. 😊
