We just got a puppy. We also have wood floors. What is the best way to stay on top of picking up dog hair?

Set time aside right before you go to bed to vacuum/sweep your floor. Keeping it mostly clear will also help with this since it means you'll be able to quick remove any pet hair without having to stop and pick things up
