To Japanese members, what do you recommend to eat in the morning?

I like to eat some kind of fruit in the morning for the energy, vitamins, and electrolytes. I find it beneficial to eat whole grains like whole wheat bread or oats. I also add some protein by making an egg. I usually add bell peppers to my eggs because I think that they go very well together, and you get more benefits from the bell peppers too.

Good morning.I recommed for breakfast in winter time maybe soups ,eggs with different veggies with nuts .
For a drink I would recommed a dark chocolated with a dairy free milk or a herbal tea.
