The guided meditations on fabulous are great but limited…. csn anyone suggest any similar?

Maybe add more breathing exercises, tension exercises, and stretching exercises to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. Those are what helps me the most when I feel a bunch of emotions at once I can’t control
