Which what you are eating and drinking before bed. What are you looking at, tv, phone, computers, before bed. Are you stressed? Set up a quiet time routine before you go to sleep.

I have taken delayed-release melatonin to help with this, especially since I tried all the actions in the Fabulous Sleep journey first. Making sure there isn't a noise or light or other trigger that wakes you up is key.
