Hi there, First of all give yourself some grace everyday is different. What I have been trying out are the following suggestions. Have have a mantra – a phrase you repeat in your head over and over ; count your breath over and over, 1 in 2 out; have background music e.g. calm instrumental music or nature sounds; try guided meditation; note what is going on in you such as ‘thinking’, ‘hearing’, etc and bring yourself gently back. Or on days like these I have been working out first before I meditate to get some nervous energies out. I hope any of this helps. Don’t give up.
