Seems like breakfast doesn’t change the time I am hungry again. Do I still need to have breakfast?

Yes, breakfast improves levels of nutrients in the blood, and allows for your body to work and perform better throughout the day. If you aren’t getting enough energy, consider either eating a bit more, or choosing different foods. If you have a not so good appetite, then maybe go see a doctor, because that could be out of your control.
