I pushed my alarm back by 15 min increments so this way I didn’t have to rush. I like to do the 4 minute sun salutation (it’s in the make me fabulous section when you click on launch). It’s quick, and I usually drink tea with that too, but you can do whatever you like with you or new extra time. 🙃
