It’s been really difficult to disconnect and unplug. What can I do to gradually implement this habit in my life?

Make a goal to put your cell phone/ technology away at least one hour before bed. By the time your body is ready for sleep, your mind will feel less affected by the blue light emitted by your cell phone's screen, encouraging a more restful night of sleep.

Find some alternative non-digital activities that you enjoy doing, to fill the time. Reading is good, but also puzzles, model-building, jigsaws etc.
