Hmmm….toast can be filling, but it’s not exactly healthy. The protein bar would definitely be a boon, but I don’t think that would be enough to call it exactly healthy. So while I’d say its not the best option, I do think it’s still great. Especially if you’re on the run and short on time, then it’s definitely better than skipping breakfast all together. Optimally though, maybe you’d want to take a couple stuffs to make a sandwich with it, like a cheese slice or some raisin or bananas. They’re even sold at supermarkets and fruit vendors so you can get some on the way to wherever you’re running off to. I do have to say though that this cost would also be a factor to consider in this, which is why I say it’s a good choice
