Is there any particular order I could or should follow, if I write down what I am grateful for. I like writing them down because on my days I could go back and look at the good stuff- so is there any suggestions?

I start with the big obvious things like health, air, water, home, job, dog, family, friends and car.

Then a bit more general like countryside, sea, animals, nature.

Then even for things I use every day furniture, clothes and TV.

Then any specific love and support I'm lucky enough to receive at that time.

I also am thankful for things I'm going to receive like a healthier mind body, true love and abundance.
