Is there a practise you use that you find helps you fade out the sounds of things around you? My partner isn’t doing this at the same time as me so I’m finding their routine is head butting with mine

Hey! I have ADHD so I can totally understand feeling overwhelmed by what’s going on around you. What I like to do is listen to brown noise. It helps me focus and you can find it on Spotify or YouTube or Apple Music. I hope this helps and you got this!
