During your meditation, do you think about the past, present, future, or all?
During meditation, it’s common for thoughts about the past, present, or future to arise. The key is to acknowledge these thoughts without judgment and gently bring your focus back to your breath or mantra. This practice helps cultivate mindfulness and awareness, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions. Over time, regular meditation can enhance your ability to stay present, which is essential for creating meaningful daily rituals and achieving your goals.
All kinds of thoughts come up. Past and present thoughts come by. But for me the answer lies in not interacting with them. Usually I pick one thought that I like and use it as a starting point when the meditation is finished
