I don’t thik so. Because variation in food items ensures supply of various nutrition. Infact similar food items does not replenish the demand of other nutrients.
it depends on a person. you need to eat healthy foods diversely, but some just aren’t breakfast people. everyone needs to do the thing that suits them.
