A yummy smoothie bowl with avocado, spinach, pear and kiwi and any other yummy green stuff, add a range of berries with pumpkin and chia seeds, add a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for extra goodness!

Oatmeal is an excellent option, rich in vitamin, minerals and protein.
