I’m super new to journaling, what’s a good format to stick to?
Welcome to journaling! A simple format to start with is the 'Three-Point Journal'. Each day, write three things you are grateful for, three things you accomplished, and three things you want to improve. This structure helps you develop a meaningful daily ritual, encourages reflection, and supports habit stacking. As you grow more comfortable, feel free to explore different styles, such as bullet journaling or free writing, to find what resonates with you. Happy journaling!
Well, I would suggest you just write down your thoughts, feelings or situations. Don’t worry about grammar or spelling. Just write. I too used to feel there should be a format for journalling and there are so many formats online. I found that the more I write the more I found the format that works best for me. Just write, you’ll find the format that works best for you.
