Im heading away for a week. I’ve been using a spin bike. But I won’t have access to a gym or a bike while I’m there. What routine can I do that requires no equipment for a beginner?

Bodyweight exercises, beginner, yoga or exercises with Resistance bands. Although the resistance bands are material, they’re lightweight and easy to travel with. In general, I would just follow tutorial a beginner exercise tutorial which their are many. If you want something more intense while out get a resistance band or modify your Regular exercise routine.
