Drinking water for stinking in the morning definitely jump starts my body. If you're having a hard time with that get ice water and put a coaster into your glass or your bottle and it'll be cold in the morning. Helps especially when the heater is running during the winter

I usually tend to stretch on my bed. Being a person that doesn't sweat much, if the workout is not too hard, I might also take a bath first.
