Do you incorporate exercise before or after breakfast? Which works better for you?

definitely after breakfast, and around noon. doing exercise before/right after breakfast feels bad for me- i rather exercise when i’m fully awake and energized – especially when it’s sunny out (2PM) as it’s a big motivator.

I exercise after breakfast. I usually eat breakfast while dropping off my kids or after. Then I will exercise, sometimes while I'm doing my chores around the house.
